C-TPAT Statement

Mamiye Brothers Inc. is committed to the highest standards of quality and integrity in its products and operations. In the wake of the unfortunate events of September 11, 2001, the Company recognized the need to enhance the safeguards and protections of the products and shipments that travel through its international supply chain. To this end, Mamiye Brothers has embarked on a course to improve the security of its merchandise from the point of production through to the delivery of its finished goods in the United States.

Since 2003, Mamiye Brothers Inc. has been a member in a government-sponsored program entitled the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). This program requires the Company to conduct an assessment of its current supply chain security practices and procedures both internally and with respect to its supply chain partners; to identify areas of weakness in its supply chain and to propose a course for improvement; and continue to validate that such improvements are executed.

Effective supply chain depends not only on the cooperation of the Company's supply chain partners, but also on the actions of Company employees. As such, the Company's management personally encourages all employees to remain alert to any anomalies in the Company's international supply chain that could potentially jeopardize the security and integrity of our products and the welfare of U.S. citizens, including with respect to its business partners; procedural security; conveyance security; physical security; physical access control; personnel security; and information technology security; and other threats of this nature. In addition, all Company employees are encouraged to promptly report any and all security-related concerns to their respective managers.
